I’ve been receiving some great feedback from the question I posted earlier today: Who are your feminist heroes? (I just realized maybe I should have written heroines/heroes). I just wanna say thank you and keep the feedback coming! I’m going to give you until the end of the week, then I’m going to do a post with your answers! Yay!
Off the top of my head, my biggest feminist heroines/heroes (alive and deceased) are: Margaret Sanger, Patrick Stewart, Naomi Wolf, Eve Ensler, Margaret Cho, Henry Morgentaler, Germaine Greer, Alfred Kinsey (yeah I think he could be considered a feminist!) Jaclyn Friedman, Jessica Valenti, and most importantly my friend/former professor Dr. Mary Delaney! She, after all, was the one who lead me to discover my inner feminist! Thank you Mary xox
