It’s funny that this came up in my feed today—yesterday a coworker of mine and I were bitching about Taylor Swift’s ‘You Belong With Me’ when it came up on our store’s playlist.  We were basically making the same argument Salsalsally makes below. However she didn’t mention that Swift also makes the conjecture that girls ‘like that’ or girls in ‘short skirts’ and ‘high heels’ are humorless bitches that suck man-soul.  Thanks Swift for teaching our young girls that internalized misogyny is O.K.!
